Sound Nidra with Eric Fraser

  • Sadhana Center for Yoga and Meditation 403 Warren Street Hudson, NY, 12534 United States

As in traditional Yoga Nidra, Sound Nidra is designed to invoke deep relaxation. In Sound Nidra, live music accompanies supported yoga postures that progressively open and unwind various territories of the body. Participants are guided into the physical postures, and the sounds presented correspond energetically with form of each pose. The progression of both postures and sound will help you feel rested, grounded, inspired, and connected to alternate layers of consciousness. Instrumentation includes a combination of the bansuri (bamboo) flute, voice, tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks, sitar, frame drum, and percussion. Register at sadhanayogahudson.com.
