Create length and symmetry in the right and left halves of the body.
1) Stand with your legs under you for support. Soften, relax, and breathe deeply. Lift your arms overhead and vigorously extend the arms and legs while lengthening the trunk.
2) Imagine that the right half of your body is a cylinder, from the right foot up through the right side of the trunk and up through the right arm. Do the same with the left. Feel your body as 2 adjacent cylinders.
3) Now elongate through the midline of each cylinder. Get in touch with the interior space of each cylinder. Let the two midlines be parallel and illuminated.
